Our Recruitment Process
Step 1: Building the Avatar
To start, we sit down with you and our placement team to gain a deep understanding of your business, needs, and specific role expectations. This stage is all about defining the "avatar" – the ideal profile for the virtual assistant who will perfectly fit your team and business culture.
Step 2: Advertisement & Review Resumes
After defining the avatar, we handle the heavy lifting. We begin by checking our extensive database and posting the role on top job boards. We then go through 100s of resumes, screening each one to find candidates with relevant experience who meet your requirements.
Step 3: Pre-Screening – First Phone Interview
The most promising candidates proceed to a short phone interview. Here, we assess their accent, ensuring clear and effective communication without heavy or distracting tones.
Step 4: TA12 Assessment Test
Candidates who pass the pre-screening move on to our assessment stage. Using the TA12 test, we assess their cognitive abilities, personality traits, and vocabulary. This test provides us with both a comprehensive score and an in-depth analysis, ensuring the candidate is not only skilled but is also aligned with the specific demands of your role.
Step 5: In- Depth Interview
Only those who score above 80 move forward to an in-depth interview. In this stage, we dive deeper into their alignment with the role, covering specific job expectations, daily responsibilities, and the work schedule that we created together in step one. We ensure that they fully understand the position and are prepared to meet your expectations.
Step 6: Final Selection and Introduction
Once we have our top candidates, we send you their resumes, assessment scores, and a recording of their voice. You review the materials, and if you’re interested, we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 interview. If the fit isn’t perfect, we continue the search to find the ideal match.
